As a HR Business Partner you will work closely with the HR manager on a range of people initiatives, while building strong relationships with managers to advise them on policies, and practices, including recruitment, performance management and coaching/development.

You'll be a champion of our client’s culture and values, partnering with people managers to help them manage their team. Whether managing the recruitment process, coaching managers on how to lead their teams or navigating and resolving employee relations issues in a respectful and compassionate way, you will have experience right across the entire employee lifecycle.

While no two days are ever the same, you’ll be:
• Building strong relationships and be seen as a trusted partner working with HR, managers and employees;
• Influencing a variety of stakeholders to see alternative perspectives and options;
• Adding value through reporting and analytics and having a genuine curiosity to solve problems;
• Assessing and proactively anticipating people needs and implementing HR solutions in line with business strategy;
• Providing advice and coaching to managers on general employee relations issues through to formal investigations right across the employee lifecycle;
• Working in partnership on key change initiatives;
• Prioritising like a pro! There’s always plenty to do so the ability to work out what’s most important and manage expectations with stakeholders is key.

We are looking for someone who is empowered to deliver work their way and shape the employee experience, enabling our client to change the game.

To succeed in this role you will ideally possess
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in human resources;
• Tertiary qualifications majoring in Human Resources or equivalent;
